your reservation.

SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS.
- Reservation, payment and Prices: A
binding contract between you the client/s and Take me to Tanzania
adventures and safaris only exist when we have accepted your booking by
issuing an invoice and a deposit paid by you. The deposit of 50% of the
invoice must be paid on receiving our invoice and the remainder 30days
or more before commencement of our services. If payment is not received
by the due date, we reserve the right to treat the booking as having
been cancelled by you, and apply cancellation charges as set out in
section 3 bellow. Published prices are based on cost at the time of
publication. We reserve the right to change published prices at any time
before your booking is made.
- Prices: Our
prices are correct at the time of going to press. Though, these are
subject to increase in cases of force majeure, government tax and park
entry fee increases and fuel surcharges. The correct price will be
advised at the time of booking. Prices will also be quoted separately
where safaris run from one season into another. All prices will include
and exclude the listed service and product as per your reservation
itinerary that will be provided. Personal involvement of company’s
directors and a fantastic experience will be guaranteed.
- Complaints and Refunds: If
you feel unsatisfied with any service we provided, please notify your
local tour guide or your travel advisor to avoid the potential for
similar problems happening again during your safari. In the event of a
claim for compensation, you must inform us by email, regular mails, or
direct call withing 14 days from the end of your tour. Relevant receipts
and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim.
Take me to Tanzania Adventures and Safaris will not be liable for any
claims made later than 14 days after the completion of your tour. Take
me to Tanzania will act as an intermediary between the clients and other
services providers such as air, train, car rental and hotels in the
event of any complaint.
- Cancellation: Take me to Tanzania Adventures and safaris:
must be notified of cancellations in writing. For Peak season
(1July-31October, 2December – 2January) – cancellations from 14 days to
31 days prior to scheduled tour is charged 50% of the full amount and
cancellation from 8days to 13days prior to scheduled tour will be
charged 75% of all the full amount and cancellations from 0 to 7days
prior to scheduled tour will be charged 100% of the full amount. For
High/Med/Low Season (3January-3June, 1November -1December) –
cancellations from 14 days to 21 days prior to scheduled tour is charged
50% of the full amount and cancellation from 8days to 13days prior to
scheduled tour will be charged 75% of all the full amount and
cancellations from 0 to 7days prior to scheduled tour will be charged
100% of the full amount. Although it rarely happens, and we will do our
best to avoid doing so, Take me to Tanzania adventures and safaris
or its suppliers may reserve the right to cancel tours and other
arrangements. Where your holiday is cancelled (other than due to your
default in payment) take me to tanzania Adventure & Safaris,
will offer you the choice of an alternative arrangement (paying or
receiving a refund in respect of any price difference) or receiving a
full and immediate refund of all monies paid to Take me to Tanzania Adventure & Safaris.
- Children policy: From
the age of 2 years to 12 years are treated as children they pay a
reduction of 25% of the tour price, provided that they are accompanied
by at least two full-paying adults and stay in the same room. An extra
bed is fully charged as an adult. From 12 year and above they are
treated as adult in terms of payment.
- Photography:
During your tour/program, take me to Tanzania adventures and safaris
reserves the right to take photographs during the operation of any tour
or part thereof and to use them for promotional purposes. By booking a
reservation with take me to Tanzania adventures and safaris, you agree
to allow your images to be used in such photographs. Whatsoever reason
you prefer that your image not to be used, identify yourself to the tour
leader/tour guide at the beginning of the tour.
- Force majeure: “Force
Majeure” means those circumstances where the performance of our
contract with you is prevented or affected by reasons of war, threat of
war, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or
nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, government actions
and all similar events beyond control. In these circumstances, we shall
not be liable to pay any compensation or otherwise be responsible for
any expenses or losses you might incur where we are forced as a result
to cancel, delay, curtail or change arrangement in any way or where the
performance or prompt performance of our contractual obligations is
prevented or affected.
- Communications: You are

any reason, you fail to receive any reply from take me to Tanzania in
regard of your tour status withing 48hrs from the time you submitted the
request for booking, modifying, or cancelling a tour, please contact

we are able to deal with your inquiry under the terms of our Terms and
Conditions.
- Insurance: We strongly recommend
you to have full travel insurance of your travel. It is your
responsibility to read the insurance policy before travel and ensure
that the insurance scheme provides the requisite level of cover. If you
plan to arrange a hot air balloon safari locally, or do some scuba
diving during your tour, make sure to check the small print in your
policy if they are covered. Please also check the maximum altitude that
you will be reaching and that full cover including emergency evacuation
is provided up to this altitude.
